Behind the work:
These wooden pieces are painted on Burma Teak from the passenger boat The new Windsor Castle. It was built in 1923 and salvaged in 2002 because of EU safety regulations. Sue Munson wanted her work to harmonise with the weathered teak by bringing it alive again with a contemporary image which transverses time.
